Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the proposed sale of Metsera, Inc. (NasdaqGS: MTSR) to Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of Metsera will receive $47.50 per share in cash at closing, plus a non-transferable contingent value right entitling holders to potential additional payments of up to $22.50 per share in cash tied to three specific clinical and regulatory milestones.
