(NYSE: MZYX.U) (the “Company”) today announced that it closed its upsized initial public offering of 30,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit, including the issuance of 3,900,000 units as result of the underwriter’s partial exercise of its over-allotment option. The gross proceeds from the offering were $300 million before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. The units began trading on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the ticker symbol “MZYX.U” on February 25, 2026.

The units are expected to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) and trade under the ticker symbol “MZYX.U” beginning February 25, 2026. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-quarter of one redeemable warrant. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on NYSE under the symbols “MZYX” and “MZYX.WS”, respectively. The Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,915,000 units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any.
