EIV Capital, LLC announced the addition of Mo Bawa to the firm’s partnership. Mr. Bawa brings nearly 30 years of private equity, energy investing, and industrials experience spanning the full investment lifecycle, from deal origination and structuring to portfolio oversight and value creation. At EIV Capital, he will support the firm’s investment and business development activities and will also advise on portfolio company and firm growth initiatives.

At ACON, he served on the boards of directors of multiple portfolio companies, including ProEnergy, Sequitur Energy Resources, and WattBridge, a developer and operator of peaking power solutions. His board and investment experience also includes additional companies in the industrial and infrastructure equipment and services sectors.
