Valve Body Eccentric Shaft Hole Boring Machine Tooling

The check valve is a core component in industrial fluid control that prevents medium backflow, and its sealing performance directly affects the safety and reliability of pipeline systems. Taking the flange butterfly check valve commonly used in industries such as petroleum and chemical engineering as an example, the rotating shaft of its valve disc adopts an eccentric design relative to the valve body center. The sealing relies on the interference fit between metal and non-metallic seals, which imposes strict requirements on the machining accuracy of the valve body's shaft hole (including dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance). Therefore, a dedicated fixture is required to ensure the precision.

However, traditional fixtures have problems such as cumbersome operation, unstable fixation, and low clamping efficiency, which restrict the stability of product quality and production efficiency. To address this pain point, WINDUS has independently designed a boring machine fixture for the eccentric shaft hole of the valve body. This fixture consists of a base plate with a positioning shaft (which can be processed with multiple station connection holes), four eccentric positioning pins, and a quick fastening device. It features convenient operation, simple structure, low manufacturing cost, and suitability for promotion. Currently, it has obtained a national utility model patent.
